How long does it take for my order to ship?

For buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. NEXGEN SYSTEMS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty for individually purchased products from us depends on respective manufacturer’s the product belongs to. We will warranty all of the original parts in your system purchased from us during the warranty period. We will never charge you for labor for repairs or for phone support during the warranty period. If, during the first 360 days after you take delivery of your system you encounter a hardware problem covered under your warranty, we will cover ground shipping costs associated with resolving the issue. (After the first 360 days we will pay for one-way shipping on repairs/replacements).As necessary, we will employ virtual on-site within 1 year of purchase , remote diagnostic software to correct any issues we can remotely. If necessary and appropriate, NEXGEN SYSTEMS may advance swap a hardware component to provide a better service experience. Even once your system is outside of its NEXGEN SYSTEMS warranty period, some individual components inside your PC may still carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll do our best to help you engage those manufacturers to take advantage of their warranty, should you decide to make repairs yourself. User-performed maintenance or repairs/upgrades will not void your warranty, unless user-performed modifications directly result in a hardware issue. Any user-replaced components would not be covered under your NEXGEN SYSTEM warranty.

What is your return policy?

We accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 3 days and 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. Buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

Do you guys Provide EMI Option for Systems or any Products that you sell?

We would love to , but unfortunately we couldn’t get a Genuine EMI Partner. But soon we will get an association with one of the best EMI Providers in the Market and after verification we will Start EMI Facility. Credit card EMI Facility currently available and all cards are accepted.
